Welcome to St. Luke Church!

A Place to Belong

While St. Luke was founded in the 1700s, you’ll find that the people of St. Luke stand ready to welcome you and join in the reality of life today.

So many people are worn out and craving just a day to themselves. It’s hard to prioritize a relationship with God.

The “Faith Connected” Life

What We Believe

St. Luke Church belongs to the larger Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. We believe many of the common Christian teachings, expressed in ancient statements like the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.

If there’s one thing we want you to know, it’s this: We believe that all people are imperfect and are saved (made right with God) by God’s grace and God’s grace alone, through Christ. There is no special prayer you need to pray, no special state of mind you need to achieve, and no good deed you need to perform.

Our Core Values

  • We are others-focused
  • We put God first
  • We meet needs
  • We warmly welcome
  • We believe tradition matters

Our Mission

At St. Luke, we exist to coach others on how to navigate life with God's Word.

Our Vision

To help families in our community experience faith connected to a friendly congregation that cares by inviting new and familiar faces, offering opportunities for kids, and networking with community leaders to meet real needs.

Community Impact

Local Ministries and Nonprofits we support

Through outreach efforts like our local food bank, partnerships with Community Aid, and support for our preschool, we’re committed to caring for our neighbors in real, tangible ways. We see our ministry not as something confined to four walls, but as something lived out every day in our community and beyond.

St. Luke Preschool

Since 1983, St. Luke Preschool has offered a stimulating atmosphere for children to develop their social and academic skills. Visit the St. Luke Preschool Facebook page to learn more.

Red Lion Food Pantry

St. Luke partners with Grace Lutheran to help pack boxes with food and other staples for their Red Lion Food Pantry

Heifer International

Heifer International’s mission is to end hunger and poverty in partnership with the communities they serve. Giving an animal is like giving someone a small business, providing wool, milk, eggs, and more. Animal donations can provide families a hand up, increasing access to medicine, school, food, and a sustainable livelihood.
